Shino Prater
Lead Pastor at Every Nation New York City
Shino Prater is a Lead Pastor at Every Nation New York City and the Assistant Chaplain of the New York Jets. He played football at Pennsylvania State University and was part of the 1994 National Championship team. After college, he played for the Tennessee Titans in the NFL and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL.
After retiring from football, Shino transitioned into ministry, serving as a campus pastor, youth pastor, and associate pastor. In addition to his pastoral work, he serves as the Co-Director of the African-American Resource Ministry (AARM), which is dedicated to supporting, developing, and empowering African-American leaders within the church.

Erica Diggs
Campus Missionary at Every Nation Cincinnati
Erica Diggs is a campus missionary and church planter in Cincinnati, Ohio. She holds a Spanish degree from Tennessee State University and began her career in the workplace with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). A decade later, she transitioned into ministry. Since 2022, she and her family have served with Every Nation, focusing on campus ministry, global missions, and church empowerment.
Erica is a seasoned evangelist with over twenty-five years in ministry and has served diverse communities, including correctional facilities and schools. She and her husband LaJuan have three sons who graduated from Cornell, The College of Wooster, and Tennessee State University.
